Great post Ryan! I found out about your blog from Lisa Irby at 2CreateAWebsite, and I really have to agree with what she says about how nice it is to see someone who’s a go-getter and creates his own opportunities.

My own blog is about my martial art coaching work and writing, and I deal a lot with intrinsic motivation and taking personal responsibility. So I’m always impressed by people who demonstrate these qualities, whether it’s in my field, the personal finance world, or any other – and the success of your blog is a great example of what’s possible with the right attitude!
