I quit my job yesterday! Same reasons as you listed, the biggest one was my manager. No respect, no challenges, no happiness, however I fell so happy today! It’s amazing!!
Now I will take time to find á job that I am respected at and that I will be happy doing. It’s so nice to see I am not alone!

I managed to change the background colour. Now I am just trying to figure out how to upload images to the comment thread.

Hey ryan! I am pretty new to blogging and have and a comment thread on my site, and the background is light blue as you have in one of your reply threads above. How do I change the background colours and include a section for frequent commentors. where are the settings for these things. I have been asking around and no one seems to know. I saw that you have the comment thread set up as I do and it seemed to me that you know how to make changes in the areas I am looking to change.

Hello Ryan: I recently purchased thesis(couple of days ago) I have been having some problems with page linking and was wondering if you can provide a solution to what I may not be doing correctly or at all. I am trying to have my pages link to its content when clicked on, but what is happening is, the route all the pages are going is one with a message that says”login” and my content is not where to be seen. I have set up my permalinks and thought this may be the problem for my content not showing when a specific page is clicked, but it has turned out that I am missing or not doing something.

I have a question about AdSense and I don’t know who to ask.

It is my understanding that AdSense pays based upon the clicks to their AdSense advertisers. So, when I’m at a website and I see AdSense ads, I click on each one – hoping the website owner makes a little money. I’m not clicking the ads as a consumer, but fellow website owner.

It sounds philanthropic they way I describe it, and that’s what I’m hoping to accomplish, but wonder AdSense would even count my click?

Does this “pay it forward” or just waste time?
