The blog is looking good brother. I really like the ongoing series links on the left. I’m in the process of doing something VERY similar. I like the new follow icons too. I was following the million dollar club links and read everyone’s and guess what? I ended up here

Thanks for the comments. I use flickr for photos, but be sure that you use the creative commons licensed content then link back to the photographer to credit their work. Some of the photos I also do myself.

I just got my blog up and running, but am unhappy about my header advertising the websitepalace.com, I run my blog through them as a wordpress blog. I am looking for a layout similar to yours, I like how you’ve widened the blog part and narrowed the side margins and was wondering if you can do this without buying thesis or do I need to buy the program to have more flexibility with the blog.
Also I am confused about what all thesis does. HELP me please:)

Susan, if you want to get rid of your header you’ll have to pay for hosting, it’s just how it works. Starting a website is much like starting a business so there’s a bit of an expense that goes with it. I do use thesis to easily change my column widths, but you can manually do this with html if you’re familiar with it in any blog that you do. If you’re unfamiliar with any web coding your best bet is to use a theme such as thesis.

I have a question about AdSense and I don’t know who to ask.
It is my understanding that AdSense pays based upon the clicks to their AdSense advertisers. So, when I’m at a website and I see AdSense ads, I click on each one – hoping the website owner makes a little money. I’m not clicking the ads as a consumer, but fellow website owner.
It sounds philanthropic they way I describe it, and that’s what I’m hoping to accomplish, but wonder AdSense would even count my click?
Does this “pay it forward” or just waste time?

Hello Ryan: I recently purchased thesis(couple of days ago) I have been having some problems with page linking and was wondering if you can provide a solution to what I may not be doing correctly or at all. I am trying to have my pages link to its content when clicked on, but what is happening is, the route all the pages are going is one with a message that says”login” and my content is not where to be seen. I have set up my permalinks and thought this may be the problem for my content not showing when a specific page is clicked, but it has turned out that I am missing or not doing something.

Hey ryan! I am pretty new to blogging and have and a comment thread on my site, and the background is light blue as you have in one of your reply threads above. How do I change the background colours and include a section for frequent commentors. where are the settings for these things. I have been asking around and no one seems to know. I saw that you have the comment thread set up as I do and it seemed to me that you know how to make changes in the areas I am looking to change.
